The Situation
Meraki Head Spa brought the Japanese head spa ritual to North Texas. The challenge was bigger than a booking page. We needed one idea expressed across every touchpoint. Calm brand. Frictionless software. A clear path from first impression to rebook.

Scalp Analysis Companion
A tablet-optimized PWA that guides techs through a 9-step bilingual analysis. It scores 50+ data points, recommends a cleanse–treat–balance plan, then renders a high-contrast Handwrite Card view so results transfer to Meraki's premium cards without interrupting the ritual.
Launch Campaign Content
Organic short-form formats earned attention and provided the creative baseline for scale. We validated video hooks organically, then promoted what worked. Meta drove steady, high-intent traffic to registration. The creative and landing experience worked together.

UGC + Influencer
We partnered with local Dallas influencer Vianka Macias (@viankavianey) through Collabstr for TikTok and Instagram deliverables. VIP treatment, real reactions, platform-specific cuts: Instagram for gift-giving angle (male audience), TikTok for self-care/pampering take. Paid partnership posts with ad authorization enabled.
