The Situation
Most security brands market with fear. Sirens. Break-ins. Paranoia. Stock footage of hoodies. EyeQ wanted reach with small business owners and younger managers, but without triggering the "Big Brother" vibe. The real challenge wasn't "make content." It was: make surveillance feel normal, helpful, and shareable.
Services delivered
Created the recurring “Friday Fails” video series and AI tools that ship on-brand content fast.
Made surveillance feel likable and shareable, driving the brand's best-ever weekly engagement.
"Friday Fails" Short-Form Series
The team built "Friday Fails" as a recurring, platform-native series using real surveillance moments framed through humor. Not "look what could happen." More like: "look what does happen." Comedy dropped defenses (people don't share fear-based security ads), made the product feel practical (cameras = clarity, proof, accountability), and created a repeatable format (series > one-off posts).

AI-Enhanced Brand Video
A short-form, platform-native video designed to personify the brand in a way security companies almost never do. Michael's head swapped with the EyeQ logo on green screen using AI voice modulation + facial tracking. Intentionally slightly uncanny, because that's what stops thumbs. Goal: communicate EyeQ's value without doing a feature list.

The Infrastructure Play
Michael built EyeQ's integrated GPT ecosystem to automate the full content lifecycle. From topic ideation to publish-ready drafts and conversion-optimized landing pages, the system standardized voice, enforced SEO rules, and produced reusable output packs so content could ship fast without drifting off-brand.

Results
“Platform-native creative beats polished-but-ignored marketing. Series formats create compounding attention. Humor is a conversion tool when the category is emotionally tense. Motion systems scale. One-offs don't.”
